Nolan Wells’ loved ones plan to honor him with a prayer rally in Biloxi, Mississippi, on Wednesday evening. His family wrote that they are thankful for the joy he brought them and promised to protect his legacy on what would have been his 19th birthday. Wells gained national spotlight after he went missing on July 4th after he went on a boating trip with friends. His body was recovered two days later, on July 6th.
