Sen. Tim Scott: Republicans could win 54 seats with expanded Senate map

Sen. Tim Scott, the chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, told CNN’s Manu Raju he’s optimistic about the GOP’s chances of expanding their majority in the Senate in the midterms this fall. “I think we could have a 54-seat majority,” Scott said.
