RAW: DNC PANEL PICKS SOUTH CAROLINA TO LEAD DEM 2028 PRIMARY

The Democratic National Committee Rules committee voted to make South Carolina the first primary state in 2028, but the full DNC will have the final say when committee members meet in Austin, Texas in August.
