OFFICIAL: REMAINS ARE OF 2ND MISSING USF STUDENT (9:30pE)

Human remains found near a Tampa Bay bridge have been identified as the second missing University of South Florida doctoral student, Nahida Bristy, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister.
