Hero NYPD chief on how he helped apprehend a terror suspect near NYC mayor’s home

NYPD Assistant Chief Aaron Edwards leaped a barrier to chase down one of two allegedly ISIS-inspired, suspected would-be bombers near the NYC mayor’s home. A photo of that moment has gone viral. He says in policing there are “hours of boredom and minutes of terror.”
