AR: STATE AND CITY CREWS WORK TO CLEAR SNOW

As sleet and snow continue to blanket Fort Smith, approximately 25 city streets are closed, creating potential trouble spots for drivers throughout the river valley. Despite efforts by ArDOT and city crews to clear the roads, progress has been erased by the ongoing winter weather, and conditions are worsening.
