Sen. Duckworth: New CNN reporting on boat strike ‘tells you the Defense Department has been lying to everybody’

Sen Duckworth, a retired U.S. Army pilot, says new CNN reporting that the admiral overseeing the secondary strike on a boat on September 2 briefed lawmakers that the survivors did not radio for backup “tells you the Defense Department has been lying to everybody” for months.
