This Chicago flower farm is creating jobs for at-risk youth

On Chicago’s South Side, CNN Hero Quilen Blackwell and his organization are bringing life to the vacant lots and creating opportunities for local young people who learn to grow, harvest, arrange, and sell the blooms.
