Today is World Restart A Heart Day. More than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of hospitals every year in the U.S., according to the American Heart Association. Immediate action, including CPR, can mean the difference between life and death. One football fan is alive today thanks to a stranger who stepped in during a game.
