Albany Area Primary Health Care to host annual Drive-Thru Community Health Fair on Saturday
ALBANY, Ga. – South Georgia residents can take advantage of a quick and convenient way to check on their health at the annual Drive-Thru Community Health Fair hosted by Albany Area Primary Health Care. The event runs Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Exchange Club Fairgrounds on South Westover Boulevard.
Participants can stay in their cars while receiving free screenings including blood pressure, glucose, vision, and HIV tests. The Department of Public Health will also be on-site offering flu shots.
Along the route, attendees can pick up helpful information from local community resource groups. Everyone is welcome, and participants are encouraged to bring their insurance card if they have one, but it’s not required.
This event provides a fast, safe, and free way to take care of your health while connecting with valuable community resources.
