South Georgia Weather Authority Forecast: September 29, 2025

Breezy north-northeasterly winds persists underneath mostly cloudy skies with a very slim chance of an isolated brief passing shower. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph at times. Seasonal temperatures cool to near or slightly below average especially in the mornings.

Tropical Storm Imelda forecast to strengthen into a hurricane by tomorrow morning, but is not expected to make a direct landfall. Swells and high surfs from Imelda and Humberto will cause dangerous marine conditions and rip currents along much of the U.S. East Coast for several days.
