Tifton Fire Department’s Junior Fire Academy July 21-25

TIFTON, Ga. – Tifton teens, get ready to ignite your summer!

The Tifton Fire Department is hosting its Junior Fire Academy from July 21st to 25th, running daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 403 Forrest Avenue.

This hands-on program is open to youth aged 13 to 16 and offers a unique opportunity to experience the life of a firefighter.

Participants will engage in activities such as fire extinguisher training, first aid and CPR instruction, mock search and rescue drills, and fire hose operations.
