ASU Police to host inaugural “A Night to Unite” Public Safety Gala

ALBANY, Ga. – Albany State University’s Police Department will host the inaugural “A Night to Unite” Public Safety Gala—a community celebration honoring first responders and public safety professionals who serve and protect the Albany area. This event will spotlight the dedication and sacrifice of our law enforcement, fire, EMS, and emergency service teams, while bringing together regional agencies to strengthen community partnerships. Proceeds from the gala will benefit scholarship(s) for Albany State University students pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. The guest speaker will be Chief Debra Williams from Clark Atlanta University, who also serves as the President of HBCU-LEEA.
