Albany Museum of Art Teen Art Board now accepting applications for 2025-2026 school year
ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Museum of Art (AMA) is now accepting applications for its Teen Art Board (TAB) for the 2025-2026 school year.
This leadership program brings together motivated and creative teenagers who are passionate about art and eager to make a difference in their community. The goal is to inspire creativity, have fun, and leave a positive impact right here in southwest Georgia. Members work to support and uplift young creative minds in high schools and colleges across the region while also helping plan and run events at the museum.
To be eligible, you must be a high school student during the upcoming school year, have a strong passion for art and community projects, and be committed to attending monthly meetings. Those meetings are scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. throughout the school year. You’ll also need to be ready to actively take part in museum events and initiatives.
Registration ends at 5 pm on Monday, May 5th, and the form to the online application can be found at www.albanymuseum.com/ama_programs/ama-teen-art-board/
