CBS 44 Weather Authority Forecast: February 26, 2025

Spring-like warmth! We hit or surpassed 80° on this hump day. Patchy fog then a itty bitty chance of a sprinkle or light rain shower as first weak cold front passes Thursday PM. Gentle cool down to end the week and start the weekend. Warm Saturday afternoon followed by another cool down on Sunday with a second weak cold frontal passage. Chilly start to week on Monday AM. Warming trend again mid-week with above average temperatures and wetter weather first week of March.

Don’t forget! Look up! Planetary Alignment: On Friday night, February 28th all 7 planets will be briefly visible in the night sky. Mercury and Saturn will be very low on the horizon. Uranus and Neptune will require a telescope. Venus, Jupiter, and Mars will be bright. Look Southwest! Forecast sky conditions in SWGA: Clear skies for perfect viewing!
