Kids enjoy Valentine’s Day fun activities and crafts at Camilla Public Library’s ‘Love at the Library’ event

CAMILLA, Ga. – Even though Valentine’s Day has passed, there’s still a lot of love in South Georgia.

As the Camilla Public Library had its ‘Love at the Library’ event…

From various games, movies, crafts, custom made heart cookies, and Valentine’s Day themed books, there was plenty for kids to enjoy.

“Well, for events like this, it’s is a special occasion. Of course, Valentine’s Day and just, good little activity for the kids to just hang out, have some snacks, and just enjoy really good time. Just like the way that I get a lot of happiness out of a lot of the patrons that come here, and the fact that kids can just, you know, be free and get to just have a lot of fun, especially since they get out of the house or at school and they just need to exercise a lot of that, exertion and physical activity,” said Amari Pearson-Watts, Event Coordinator.
