Second suspect arrested in deadly shooting at Eastview Apartments in Americus

AMERICUS, Ga. – A second arrest has been made in last weekend’s deadly shooting on Eastview Circle.

20-year-old Ny’Tavion Smith is now charged with Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Aggravated Battery.

Smith joins 19-year-old Ricky J. Martin, who was arrested earlier this week, in the Sumter County Jail.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
