Drier and cooler to near average temperatures Valentine’s Day. Warmer with chance of showers Saturday. Rain and t’storms, some possibly strong to severe, likely on Sunday. Freezing mornings Presidents’ Day and Tuesday. Milder with next chance of showers mid-week.
