Reporter Update: Pittsburgh Police Tracking E-Scooter Incidents And Citations

A 10-year-old girl who found a Spin scooter on her block figured out how to work it, got lost, then ended up in the hospital. Police say they’ll now track all incidents and citations involving the e-scooters as a matter of public safety; KDKA’s Meghan Schiller reports.
