Crisp Co. General Primary Election races
CORDELE, Ga. – Hello south Georgia, today is Election Day, so we took a trip to Crisp County Election Office to catch up with some voters and to also get a pulse of the people in Cordele.
“I’m running for Superior Court Judge, because I want to continue to serve our community. And, I am a very fair person, and I just want to offer equal justice to every citizen of the judicial circuit,” said Amy Bryant, candidate of Crisp County Superior Court Judge.
“Support has been awesome. The support has been wonderful. I think everyone, they’ve given me a boost of confidence, and I want to make them I want to let them know that they put their trust in me. I’ll go on the board and do what I can to help make things positive for the positive, for the children of Crisp county,” said Michelle Paul, District 2 Crisp Co. Board of Education.
The agriculture center is the place for Crisp community to cast their votes. It was a great turnout all around from people yelling to vote with their respective candidates, and the poll office flooded with the citizens casting their votes. 7 p.m. is the deadline, so you still have a little bit of time to make it to the polls.
“Kids, if you’re 18 or over, please, please get out and vote is very important to make the change. We got to be the change. So, please get out and vote,” said Angela Wilcox, author.
We have more details on the results and reactions tomorrow in Crisp county.
