CORDELE, GA – Police in Cordele have arrested and charged two more teenagers in connection to a Monday night shooting that left one man hospitalized.

Friday afternoon, Cordele Police Lieutenant Chuck Pheil says 18 year old Demari Dixon and 18 year old Lee Savage were arrested Thursday. Dixon faces charges of aggravated assault and street gang terrorism.

Savage faces counts of influencing witnesses, terroristic threats, filing a false crime report and street gang terrorism.

The arrests were preceded by Wednesday’s arrest of 17 year old Rodgdreon Beeks.

Pheil says it all began Monday night around 8:30 at Joe’s Meat Market in Cordele, where one man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.

At last report, the victim was still hospitalized and in serious condition.
