Warm finish to February. Warmest since January 24th when we hit 80° which tied a record in 1950, 1943, & 1913. Warmest so far for the year on Wednesday in low 80s, close to but not record setting. Gusty winds returns. Gusts could reach or exceed 30 mph. Slight chance of a rain shower as front passes. Cool start to March, then a warmer and wetter weekend, but not a complete washout mainly scattered showers and thunderstorms. Pollen worsens. Main culprits oak, alder &  juniper. Get ready allergy sufferers!
