CBS 44 Weather Authority Forecast: February 13, 2024
Clear skies with lighter and more variable winds will promote radiational cooling tonight. Temperatures fall into the mid 30s. Patchy frost is possible Wednesday morning. A seasonal sunny Valentine’s Day. Clouds thicken the rest of the week. A chilly rain is likely on Saturday. Rainfall totals are forecast to be generally light around an inch or less. Freeze possible for President’s Day. There continues to be a rise on area rivers, creeks, and streams following Tuesday’s heavy rainfall. Minor flooding is possible for the Flint River at Albany, Newton, and Bainbridge with rises to near flood stage for the Mucaklee and Kinchafoonee Creeks in Lee County.
