Last night of freezing temperatures. Freeze warning 1am-8am Thursday. Moderation in temperatures rest of the week into the weekend. Active & unsettled pattern takes over Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday morning, and rain showers ending on Monday. Widespread 2″-3″ of rainfall. Isolated pockets of 3″-5″ possible. Localized flash flooding is possible and cannot rule out an isolated stronger storm. Plan accordingly if you have those weekend holiday festivities planned. Another surge of colder air arrives midweek. Frost is possible by then.
