Halloween cold front to bring wild roller coaster ride in temperatures. 5°-10° above average to near record warmth for this weekend to 10°-15° below average & patchy frost for NW communities by second morning of November. Slow moderation in temperatures by end of next week. No relief in sight for the ongoing drought with no appreciable rain chance for the foreseeable future.
