Wetter weather then hotter temperatures

Wetter weather Friday and this weekend. Locally heavy rainfall and flash flooding are possible. Near average temperatures, but heat index soars between (100-105). Lower rain chances and hotter temperatures as the “death ridge” takes hold mid-late next week. Mid-upper 90’s with “feels-like” readings near or surpassing heat advisory levels (108-110) may be possible.
