Arrest made in Toomer disappearance case
Additional charges are pending against Cooper. He was taken into custody in Dawson.
ALBANY, Ga. – On Wednesday, Albany Police investigators and law enforcement agencies arrested 25-year-old Ryan Cooper, who is charged with murder in connection to the disappearance of Lacambria Toomer.
Toomer was reported missing in August of 2022.
Additional charges are pending against Cooper. He was taken into custody in Dawson.
