Today’s Weather Authority Forecast: February 14, 2023

Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! Besides a few clouds, a nice evening for a romantic dinner.

Warmer temperatures holds the next few days before a cold front comes Thursday night-Friday. That front brings at least a low-end threat for a few strong-severe t’storms.

Rainfall totals with this storm system look much lower than this past weekend’s event, and since it will be progressive, and the rain that falls will be over areas that didn’t receive the heaviest rainfall, flooding is not a concern at this time.

Sunshine returns this weekend. Near freezing temperatures are possible Saturday morning. Temperatures rebound quickly next week on the roller-coaster ride called “February”.
