Turner Job Corps launches Tell One for Turner Campaign

ALBANY, Ga. – An Albany organization aimed at helping at risk young adults is launching a new campaign.

The Turner Job Corps announced Tell One for Turner recruitment campaign Thursday evening.

Tell One for Turner is meant to promote education as a foundation to reduce crime and lower poverty rates.

“Education is the great equalizer, Turner Job Corps community liaison Victoria Green-Brackins said. “When you empower people with skills and education to where they can earn a livable wage, and feel great about themselves, then it answers crime, it answers low self-esteem, it answers poverty, and that’s one of the aims we have as an educational training facility in this community.”

Any businesses interested in supporting Tell One for Turner can contact the Turner Job Corps at 1-229-883-8500 for more information.
