Strut Your Stuff at the 39TH Annual Pavo Peacock Day Festival

PAVO, Ga. – We are approaching the second Saturday in May, and that can only mean one thing – it’s time to shake your tail feathers!

Get ready for the 39TH annual Pavo Peacock Day Festival! Participants can strut their stuff at the parade, enjoy the art and quilt display, and knock one out of the park at the softball tournament. “This is one terrific experience,” said Sallie Burgess. As one of the organizers, she knows exactly how much work goes into putting on a festival of this scale. “The entire community comes together to make this event happen each year, and all our visitors just love it.”

Festival goers can expect a day full of family-friendly fun, food, and frolic. There will be a kids zone with a party train, bounce houses, and plenty of games and toys. Attendees will be treated to live music from the Morgan Collins Band on the main stage, and try to keep step with all the visiting clogger groups. The Hahira Cloggers, the JSC Cloggers, and the Mountain Dew Cloggers will all be there. Anyone in a pickle can even pick up a last-minute Mother’s Day gift from one of the participating crafts vendors.
