South Georgia Pet of the Week: Soren

Soren is about 3 years old and a 48 pound mix breed dog. We don’t know much about Soren’s story, because he first appeared on a neighbor’s property about three months ago, unsure and keeping his distance. The kind neighbors began feeding him every day and patiently working to gain his trust. Over time, their patience paid off. Soren finally felt safe enough to come inside, and they were able to bring him to the shelter so he could stay safe while waiting for a forever home. Thanks to those heroic neighbors, Soren now has a chance at a new life.

Soren would be happy chilling on the porch, helping out  in the office, or hanging out on the couch with you. He is a sweet boy who has already come a long way, and now he is waiting for someone to come choose him as their new best friend.
