NASHVILLE, Ga. – Say hello to Axel! Part Catahoula. Part Budweiser draft horse. Axel is approximately 1 year old and 68 pounds. This giant puppy has the energy of a crackhead with the soul of Jasper from Twilight and honestly? The shelter is obsessed. Axel already knows sit, shake, and has experience with crate life. He’s insanely sweet, super trainable, and so far has shown respect for both cats and dogs. Kids? He loves them … maybe a little too much. Tiny toddlers may occasionally get bulldozed by happiness.
