Imagination Lab Blows Up Every Other Tuesday In Moultrie
MOULTRIE, Ga. – This Tuesday, there will be a bi-weekly event featured at the Moultrie-Colquitt County Library youngsters can get excited about. It’s called Imagination Lab, and it explores stories and brings them to life with hands-on crafts or fun experiments. ” Join us in the Imagination Lab on May 19 at 4:00 p.m. for a fun and educational program all about clouds and rain for ages 3–10!” said Alex Griffin, Programs & Outreach Manager at Moultrie-Colquitt County Library System.
The Imagination Lab promotes literacy and STEM learning through hands-on activities, alternating between creative crafts based on fiction and hands-on science experiments. “Children will enjoy cloud-themed read-aloud stories before taking part in a hands-on experiment exploring precipitation, cloud formation, and how water droplets gather in the sky.” said Ms. Griffin.
The Moultrie-Colquitt County Library is located at 204 5th Street Southeast in Moultrie. For more information about learning programs and upcoming events, call 229-985-6540 or email mccls@mccls.org.
