Mike Nellis: ‘I think it’s sour grapes from Haley Stevens… this is absolutely ridiculous’

Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign has asked former primary opponent Rep. Haley Stevens to skip campaign events in the race’s closing days, a source tells CNN. Former Kamala Harris Campaign Senior Advisor Mike Nellis accused Stevens of disloyalty and called her actions “sour grapes,” while another panelist defended her right to criticize El-Sayed over his positions on Israel. Nellis concluded, “I’m all for criticism inside the party. We call that primaries. Okay, Haley Stevens lost hers.”
