Harris County DA’s office: Substance in Houston ICE shooting van was not drugs

After federal authorities said there might have been illegal drugs in the van driven by the man killed by an ICE agent in Houston earlier this month, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office says testing confirmed the substance was not drugs.
