Historic Valdosta Holds Annual Membership Dinner Friday
VALDOSTA, Ga. – Historic Valdosta is hosting a special evening to celebrate the places, stories, and people that make Valdosta unique, and the public is invited to attend. The group’s annual membership dinner takes place this Friday night at the Dosta Playhouse.
The evening features a special presentation by Donald Davis, who will share the fascinating history of the Dosta Theater and the surrounding downtown block.
In addition to commemorating the places that define the Valdosta community, the dinner is an opportunity for Historic Valdosta to showcase the impact of preservation work and protecting the city’s history for future generations.
