Fridays on the Flint Is Back in Albany Friday
ALBANY, Ga. – Fridays on the Flint is back at Veterans Park Amphitheatre on Friday, August 7th! This month’s celebration will feature live music from the Dirt Road Sports band, outdoor demonstrations, local arts and crafts vendors, conservation community partners, food trucks, and a kid’s zone with bouncy houses and inflatables. Fridays on the Flint has something for everyone, and promises to be fun for the entire family.
The theme for this month’s Friday s on the Flint is BBQ and Brews. Adults can enjoy a specialty beer and wine tasting. $15 for 10 sample pours in a collectable glass sponsored by Container Solutions Inc.
August Fridays on the Flint is presented by CBS 44 and Georgia’s Own Credit Union. The event takes place from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Veterans Park Amphitheatre, 100 West Oglethorpe Boulevard in Albany. Admission is free and the venue’s clear bag policy is in effect. There is plenty of free parking available across the street at the Civic Center.
