Fridays on the Flint Celebration in Albany Friday Evening
ALBANY, Ga. – Residents and guests are welcome to celebrate Fridays on the Flint at Veterans Park Amphitheatre in Albany Friday. This month’s theme is Rocking With the Wild and there’s no better way to get the summer season started.
June’s version of Albany’s Favorite Street Party takes place from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., and features live music from the Mainstream Band. There will be several outdoor demonstrations, local vendors, conservation community partners, food trucks, and a kid’s zone. There will be plenty of family-friendly fun and activities, and it’s important to note that a clear bag policy will be in effect. As always, admission to this event is free.
Veterans Park Amphitheatre is located at 100 West Oglethorpe Boulevard, and there will be plenty of free parking available across the street at the Albany Civic Center.
