Security If you have the “ToDo: Day Manager” app installed on your Android phone, uninstall it right now. According to Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, and as reported by Laptop Mag, it is one of 50+ apps identified as ‘Trojan droppers’ by its Techlabz team.

ToDo: Day Manager, despite masquerading as a harmless planning app, installs a particularly nasty trojan known as the Xenomorph. The app, which has over 1,000 downloads, requests extensive permissions from your device and installs itself as an admin, refusing to give up control.

Those who accept will almost certainly have had their banking information compromised, as this is what has been discovered to be prioritized (although it also can access your SMS and other messages).
