Arrests made following vape store bust

(ALBANY, Ga)- An Albany vape shop has been busted for Drug Possession.

The business, Juana Vape, on Ledo Road, was found to be selling marijuana labeled as hemp, confirmed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations Crime Lab.

The Dougherty County Drug Unit and Lee County Sheriff’s Office searched the home of owner Tobey Cox, and his wife Olivia Miller, in Leesburg.

Miller and Cox are charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Violation of the Georgia RICO Act, and Possesssion of Related Drug Objects.
