  • Liberty House
  • Dougherty County Family Literacy
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Albany
  • Georgia Starz Academy

Boys & Girls Clubs of Albany CEO, Marvin Laster, says the grant funds will go towards their Latino outreach program.

He says, “Most folks don’t know that of our 9 units of operation, one unit of operation only serves Latino youth as a result of just their need. We created a program and through the proceeds of this particular grant, not only are we able to continue, but enhance it.”

Laster says this money will be used to purchase tablets so students can remotely get the assistance that they need.
