Hunter pleads guilty to sexual battery counts
Sentence comes with stipulation he must resign as county coroner

BLAKELY, GA – There are new details in the case of former Early County Coroner Todd Hunter, who was arrested in August of last year for an alleged sexual assault.
Friday, the former Early County Coroner pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor sexual battery and was sentenced to two years of probation, to have no contact with his victims and must resign from his position as Early County Coroner.
Hunter was also denied First Offender Status.
This case was prosecuted in the Pataula Judicial Circuit.
