One dead, one wounded in Albany drive-by shooting
Albany Police investigate late Sunday night shooting downtown
ALBANY, GA – Albany Police are investigating the city’s latest homicide that left a 44 year old man dead and another man wounded.
Police say it happened a little after 10pm Sunday night at Jackson Street and Broad Avenue.
The victims were in a white Dodge Charger that struck a light pole before coming to a rest near the Law Enforcement Center.
The initial investigation revealed the suspect(s) was possibly driving a red Challenger.
If anyone has information, they should call Albany Crime Stoppers or the Albany Police Department.
