Albany teen fired from job; then arrested
17 year old arrested at her former place of work

ALBANY, GA – Albany Police say they’ve arrested a former employee of an Albany fast food restaurant, who apparently wouldn’t go away from the job site quietly.
Police say Tuesday night a little after 10pm, they received a criminal trespass call at the North Slappey Zaxby’s restaurant.
Police say upon their arrival, they found 17 year old Ja’Nijah Glover refusing to leave the establishment after her firing.
Officers say as they tried to get Glover to exit the premises, she instead kept yelling profanities.
Albany Police’s Crisis Communications Manager Sylah Ferguson says Glover attempted to resist arrest for criminal trespass and made terroristic threats to officers as she was being taken into custody.
Relatives of Glover question the use of force officers used in taking her into custody.
Alleged video of the incident was captured by a witness, according to social media posts relating to Glover’s arrest.
South Georgia Television News has reached out to Glover’s relatives and awaits comment.
