Waycross man arrested on rape charges in Lee

22 year old Demarion Dennis held in Lee County Jail

LEESBURG, GA – The Lee County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Victims Unit says they’ve arrested a Waycross man on sex related charges.

Lee deputies say 22 year old Demarion Zyquez Dennis was arrested last Friday on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

Investigators say it relates to a March 25th incident where the suspect traveled to Lee to allegedly commit the offenses.

At last report, Dennis was being held in the Lee County Jail.
