MOM OF TODDLER FOUND ALIVE IN MORGUE SPEAKS OUT (930pE)

The mother of a toddler mistakenly declared dead, along with her attorney, are speaking out against the hospital and physician. The toddler, Vincent, was found face down in a backyard pool in a Phoenix suburb earlier this year. Hours after being declared dead, police records say he was found breathing in a room used as the hospital morgue.
