RAY CITY, Ga. – Meet Tammy, a sweet gentle girl who is finally ready for the happy ending she deserves.

Tammy was abandoned in a trailer park and lived outside for at least a year before being trapped by animal control. She was later placed on the euthanasia list, but South Georgia Animal Services stepped in and gave her a second chance.

Tammy was terrified when she first arrived, but she has blossomed into an incredibly loving dog. She does well with cats and other dogs, appears to be house trained, is doing well with crate training, and has received a clean bill of health.

Tammy is a calm low-energy girl who will thrive in a quiet home where she can nap, relax, and finally feel safe. Tammy has spent enough time surviving. Now she just needs someone to choose her.
