Fiesta del Pueblo Youth Art Exhibit Deadline September 4th
TIFTON, Ga. – Celebrate the diverse cultures, traditions, and creativity of the Hispanic community through art! Youth artists, ages 9 through 17, are invited to submit their artwork for Tifton Council for the Arts’ Fiesta del Pueblo Youth Art Exhibit, on display at The Syd Blackmarr Arts Center during South Georgia’s largest Latin festival.
The Fiesta del Pueblo Exhibit features artwork by artists ages 9–17 inspired by the theme Art, Culture, and Landscape in Spanish-Speaking Countries. Through paintings, drawings, sculpture, and more, these talented artists showcase the vibrant cultures, customs, landmarks, and landscapes of Latin America, Spain, Puerto Rico, and beyond.
All selected works will be displayed at The Syd the week of September 18th through the 25th as part of the annual Fiesta del Pueblo celebration. This exhibit encourages young artists to explore and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Spanish-speaking world through visual art. Visitors are invited to enjoy a variety of two- and three-dimensional works, vote for their favorite piece in the People’s Choice Award, and celebrate the achievements of these outstanding young artists.
The submission deadline is September 4, and artists who would like to learn more about the exhibit and register can do so at tiftonarts.org/fiesta.
