Gov. Wes Moore ‘heartbroken’ for unenrolled Howard Univ. students

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore came through with a lifeline to more than 500 Howard students who lost their spots to attend the university this Fall. He announced the University System of Maryland is offering expedited admissions assistance and an $800 credit to eligible students who enroll for the upcoming school year.
