CYCLOSPORA OUTBREAK SPOTLIGHTS FOOD SAFETY

The U.S. is facing its largest Cyclospora outbreak to date with 45 states are reporting at least one case of Cyclosporas since May. Nine states have cases believed to be linked with iceberg lettuce, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
